The in-store Content Server is connected to the Network Operations Center (NOC) via a broadband internet connection allowing for real time management of all multi-media content and digital catalog information and commerce.

• Platform management – the Content Server is the primary system used to manage and maintain the in-store RedDotNet Platform.

• Content delivery – all digital information displayed by the devices on the RedDotNet Platform is obtained from the in-store Content Server. This data includes electronic catalogs, multi-media and other dynamic content.

• Data aggregator – through its direct connection to the NOC, the Content Server receives regular real time data updates and sends that information to the Dots.
