Our kiosks are designed to automatically upload logs on a prearranged schedule. We provide several different logs for different purposes.
Maintenance Logs -
These include information on unexpected error conditions, or reboots. This data can be used to generate uptime reports. It can also be used to diagnose problems before they become critical.
Usage Data -
RedDotNet collects detailed interaction data from each kiosk, including all screen transitions. Customer specific data is not collected. This allows us to provide many different reports, including usage, sessions, dwell time, products viewed, etc. We can also provide customized reporting based on retailer needs. It is particularly valuable during the pilot phase to identify potential issues with functionality.
