Stuart W. Noyes, President

Stuart Noyes is responsible for the growth and direction of RedDotNet. Mr. Noyes has over 20 years of management experience in multiple industries including retail, direct media, advertising, healthcare and wholesale distribution. His background includes senior level positions in operations, marketing, merchandising, sales, and business development. Prior to RedDotNet, Mr. Noyes served as National Vice President of Sales and Business Development for ADVO Inc. In 2007, ADVO completed a merger with Valassis Communications (NYSE: VCI), forming one of the largest direct marketing products and services companies in the United States with revenues of over $2 billion. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Noyes was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of HBA Distributors Inc. HBA's clients included retailers such as Costco, Wal-Mart, Target, and CVS. Prior to HBA, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Fleming Company - a $15 billion business focused on the distribution of consumable goods. From 1986 to 1999, Mr. Noyes served in increasingly senior level positions for Albertsons, a $37 billion drug and supermarket chain that included Savon Drug, Acme, Jewel, and RX America. Mr. Noyes holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Maine. In addition, he completed the Executive Program at Harvard University.

Brian Horsley, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Brian Horsley oversees RedDotNet's innovative product design and system development team. He is the architect behind the creation of the company's flagship product - The Dot. Mr. Horsley has over 30 years of experience in computer technology. His broad background includes hardware and software design in telecommunications, medical and consumer devices. Prior to joining RedDotNet, Mr. Horsley was the Director of Engineering at Augment Systems, a manufacturer of high performance file systems. Mr. Horsley holds a first class honors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Leeds, England.

Robb Kirschenmann, Director of Operations and Manufacturing

Robb Kirschenmann oversees the manufacturing and operations at RedDotNet. Mr. Kirschenmann offers over 17 years of extensive experience in quality management, lean manufacturing systems and processes, materials management, supply chain activities, costing, CRM and ERP systems. Prior to RedDotNet, he served as an operational consultant for a wide range of industries. Mr. Kirschenmann holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Production/Operations Management from the University of Idaho. He is also certified as a CPIM and a CIRM by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and teaches operations courses for the same organization.

Mark Thevenot, Director of Network Operations/IT

Mark Thevenot oversees the company's Network Operations Center (NOC) in Vista, California. RedDotNet's NOC includes customer technical support and service, client management, day-to-day operation, and data integrity of all of retail systems. His responsibility also extends to overseeing RedDotNet's Technology (IT) department and supporting internal company systems. Mr. Thevenot has over 20 years experience in technical operations and the customer service industry. Prior to joining RedDotNet, Mr. Thevenot was a Senior Manager at General Instrument's national satellite authorization center. He played a critical role in shaping the future of digital television and is recognized as an expert in the satellite industry.

Amor Ligsay, Director of Finance

Amor Ligsay oversees RedDotNet's finance, accounting and human resources. Ms. Ligsay has over 14 years of accounting experience in high-tech, healthcare, distribution and hospitality industries. Her expertise includes implementing operational workflow processes while incorporating functional organizational structures within the finance and administration departments. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Louis University and is currently completing her MBA from University of Phoenix and pursuing a PHR certification.
